Stephen Vazquez is the owner, and in this operation that means he's also the one who answers when you call. Stephen grew up here — East Stroudsburg North High School, then a degree from East Stroudsburg University. He spent years working in roofing before launching Ten Point, learning how the work actually gets done — materials, installation, what holds and what fails, how to talk to a homeowner about a problem without making it sound more complicated or more expensive than it is.
He planted his roots in the Poconos on purpose. He and his wife Jess are raising their two sons here, around the same schools, roads, and neighbors whose roofs he works on.
