Hi, I’m Stephen Vazquez, founder of Ten Point Roofing. I’m proud to be homegrown here in the Poconos—this is where I was raised, where I went to school, and where I’m now raising a family of my own. I graduated from East Stroudsburg High School and continued on to East Stroudsburg University, and I’ve always believed in giving back to the community that shaped me.

I started Ten Point Roofing with one goal in mind: to provide homeowners with a roofing experience they can truly trust. Too often, people are left frustrated by poor communication, unexpected costs, or rushed work. I wanted to change that. That’s why we focus on being responsive, affordable, and attentive to every homeowner's unique needs.

Outside of work, I’m a family man through and through. My wife Jess and our son Silas are the heart behind everything I do, and they’re a big part of why I take so much pride in helping families feel secure under a roof they can count on.

When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me outdoors—hunting, fishing, golfing, or just enjoying time with my family in the fresh mountain air. The outdoors isn’t just a hobby for me—it’s a way of life that keeps me grounded and connected to what matters most.

Hi, I’m Nicholas Vlamis, a 22-year-old sales representative for Ten Point Roofing. I’m proud to call this company home because of the impact we make within our local community.

Before joining Ten Point Roofing, I was fully immersed in my own entrepreneurial journey, running a hauling business that offers junk removal, dumpster rental, and demolition services to our area. That’s actually how I first met Stephen—I was hauling away roofing debris for him at the start of Ten Point’s journey. It didn’t take long for me to notice the level of care, professionalism, and integrity that Stephen brought to his clients. I knew right then that I wanted to be a part of it.

Today, I’m proud to represent a company that stands for honesty, reliability, and unmatched craftsmanship. Whether we’re working with homeowners or businesses, our goal is always the same: deliver top-tier roofing solutions with personal, attentive service. I’m excited to be part of a team that raises the bar for what a roofing experience should be.

Outside of work, I’m all about family, friends, and making memories that will last a lifetime. I believe life is about meaningful connections and enjoying every moment. I love to travel and experience new places, hit the golf course whenever I can, and stay active through working out. Living a balanced, healthy lifestyle keeps me energized and focused—both in my personal life and in my work.
