Because of his thoroughness, he discovered mold that my home inspector completely missed, which ultimately required a full plywood replacement that we could plan for so there wouldn’t be any surprises. Stephen sat down with me and explained everything perfectly during the estimate. He is incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to make sure I understood the entire process and warranty. To make things even better, he grew up right around the corner, so he was able to give me trustworthy recommendations for other future work I'll need on the house. Throughout the project, they kept me constantly updated. Stephen and his team were punctual, professional, fast, and beyond efficient. The roof was done in one day, and the price was incredibly fair. They even took down an old satellite dish and disposed of it for me, and gave me peace of mind by making sure my bathroom is now properly ventilated all the way out through the roof. Best of all, the clean-up was immaculate. They left my yard completely spotless and free of debris. They took amazing care of me from start to finish. “Ten Point Roofing is your go to for roofing needs. Stephen ( owner) was really informative about the process and what was required for my roof. He stayed in contact with us from the beginning to the end. I had several companies come and give me estimates on my roof, but Stephen was the MOST thorough of all of them, and looked at every nook and cranny of my roof. His crew showed up promptly on the day he said they were starting ( 7:30 am) and worked ALL day.. His crew was friendly, hard working and were very knowledgeable. They replaced my old sky lights with new sky lights that had solar powered blinds built in, they work incredible, and will be a money saver on those HOT summer days. Our roof took two days to complete, due to the size, but the crew cleaned up at the end of each day and looked as if they were never there. The dumpster service, which was provided by Nimis Hauling Inc, was included in the pricing, and hauled the debris away at the end of each day and provided a new dumpster the next morning. For every aspect of this job, they were a 10 out of 10, and would recommend Ten Point Roofing to everyone that has roofing needs.”
