This page explains what information Ten Point Roofing collects through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Who we are

Ten Point Roofing is a family-owned roofing contractor in East Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania, owned by Stephen Vazquez.

What you give us

The estimate form

Your name and phone number, plus anything you choose to add: email, the service you need, details about your roof, and how you heard about us. Forms on our town pages also include the town.

Phone calls

The number you call from and what you tell us.

Forms inside our Facebook and Instagram ads

If you fill out a form inside one of our ads, Meta passes what you entered to us, and to the company that manages our ads for us, so we can follow up.

The instant estimator

Our Contact page offers an instant roof estimate tool run by Roofr. Roofr collects what you type into that tool, such as your address, and handles it under Roofr's privacy policy. The tool also runs Roofr's own analytics and advertising tags, including Meta and Google ones.

What is collected automatically

Where you came from

On your first page, your browser notes the website that sent you, the page you landed on, any campaign tags in the link, and whether you clicked a Google or Facebook ad. This stays in your browser until you close the tab. If you send the estimate form, it goes along with your request.

Google Analytics

Counts visits and shows which pages people use, including taps on a phone number and sent estimate forms. It uses cookies.

Meta Pixel

Code from Meta, the company behind Facebook and Instagram. It tells Meta when a page is viewed, when the estimate form is sent, and when someone taps a phone number. Meta uses cookies and may connect this to your Facebook or Instagram account. If a setting called advanced matching is turned on in our Meta ad account, the pixel may also send Meta a scrambled (hashed) copy of the email address or phone number you type into our form, which Meta uses to match the visit to a Meta account. We use the pixel to measure our ads and to show them to people who visited our site.

WhatConverts

A lead tracking service. It records which page, ad or search brought you to us. The phone number shown on our site may be a tracking number that forwards to our office, so we can match a call to the ad or page that led to it. When you send the estimate form, WhatConverts receives a copy of what you typed (your name, phone, email and message) along with the page you were on, so we can see which ad or page produced the request. It sets its own cookie.

Spam protection

Our form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a person is sending it. Your IP address is shared with Cloudflare for that check, and we use it briefly to limit repeat submissions.

Embedded content

A Google Map (Contact page), a YouTube video from youtube-nocookie.com (About page) and a Project Map It map of our jobs (homepage) load from those companies, which receive basic browser information when they load.

Hosting

Vercel hosts our site and handles the technical details any website receives, such as IP address and browser type.

How we use it

  • To answer your estimate request and do the work you hire us for
  • To see which ads, searches and pages bring us calls and requests
  • To show our ads to people who have visited our site
  • To keep spam and fake requests out

Who receives it

Your estimate request is emailed to us through an email delivery service and saved in our customer records in the Marketta Hub, run by Marketta, the company that builds and runs our website. The companies named above receive what is described next to each. We do not sell or rent your name, phone number, email or estimate details to anyone. We may share information when the law requires it.

Opting out and third-party policies

How long we keep it

We keep estimate requests and customer information as long as we need them to serve you and to keep normal business records, such as estimates, contracts and warranty paperwork. Analytics and advertising services keep data under their own policies, linked above.

Your choices

  • Cookies: Block or delete them in your browser settings. You can still call us or send the form.
  • Ads: Use the opt-out links above.
  • Your information: Email stephen@tenpointroof.com or call 570-212-9543 to see, correct or delete what we have about you. We may keep records we need for work we did for you or that the law requires.
  • Do Not Track: Our site does not currently change its behavior when a browser sends a Do Not Track signal.

Keeping information safe

We take reasonable steps to protect your information, and the form is sent over an encrypted connection. No website or email system is perfectly secure, so please do not send payment card numbers or passwords through the form.

Children

This site is for homeowners and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their information. If a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the effective date at the top.
